It seems like the DCS: Flaming Cliffs 3 DLC which contains a number of aircraft was released in 2012. You can check the release date for each DLC on the website in the DLC's information page. Therefore, if you purchased any DLC under Steam that was released prior to you can move them and use them under the standalone DCS World client.
